Check Lists

When I started working on aircraft deliveries as an inspector and later as a project manager, it became apparent that this was a very complex activity that needed total visibility of all parts of the process. As a result of my experience, I developed several Check Sheets that allowed me to ensure accurate tracking of each task and full oversight of the projects.

We have prepared several different types of Check Sheets, which can be adjusted to meet your requirements, should you be working on a specific or specialized project, and they can be formatted as a PDF, Word document or template to suit your needs.

These can be completed in advance before sending them to the inspector, who can then use them during the aircraft delivery, the start of a lease, mid-lease inspection, end of lease inspection, and reports, that can keep track of the various activities involved with this type of activity on most commercial aircraft.

By using these documents, you can ensure that you have full track and trace on your project as it progresses to completion. They allow you to give a full and comprehensive report back to the home base giving all the necessary details of the Aircraft Delivery status or other types of projects.
