We offer the following service to ensure a timely delivery of the aircraft from the manufacturer, or MRO, to the client with minimal manufacturing discrepancies.

  • DAH Consultancy shall represent the client at the following inspection callouts at the Manufacturer or MRO:
    • 100% of all functional tests
    • 100% of ground tests/checks
  • Perform the power plant and nacelle inspection at the designated facilities in manufacturer.
  • All inspections will be completed by DAH in accordance with basic client requirements (provided by the Manufacturer or MRO), except for cabin inspection. If the installation is carried out at a separate location, it must be performed by the client. If the Cabin Installation is performed in the same location, then DAH will assist.
  • The sequence below will be strictly followed when performing duties on-site:
    • Inspection
    • Findings reported to Manufacturer or MRO
    • Re-inspection and assessment of the required actions
    • Recommendations and Opinions as deem necessary.
    • Ensure that corrective actions against all non-conformances are taken to the satisfaction of the Client.
  • Review all reported concessions from the manufacturer and recommend any follow-up action and follow up on close out actions subject to any confidentiality requirement from the client.
  • DAH will also perform the paint inspection. If the Paint Inspection is to be performed at a third-party location, prior approval is required from the client. The client shall pay all reasonable expenses in relation to the inspection at the third-party location.
  • DAH will provide the client with weekly reports as may be requested.
  • DAH will also assist and liaise with the manufacturer or MRO on discrepancies and non-conformance that may be detected during the above inspections to ensure corrective action is taken to the satisfaction of the client.
