Having delivered hundreds of aircraft from Airbus, BAE and Boeing, I can safely tell you that no delivery was the same. There was always something new. As each one had different issues that arose during the delivery, it allowed for increasing our knowledge and understanding, for the next delivery. Using this knowledge and experience, we can offer this service to ensure timely delivery of the aircraft from the manufacturer to the client with minimal discrepancies.

  • DAH Consultancy shall represent the client at the following inspection callouts at the Manufacturer:
    • 100% of all functional tests
    • 100% of ground tests/checks
  • All inspections will be completed by DAH under the basic client inspection requirements provided by the manufacturer, except for cabin inspection. If the installation is carried out at a separate location, then that needs to be performed by the client. If the cabin installation is conducted on-site, then DAH can assist.
  • The sequence below will be strictly followed when performing duties on-site:
    • Inspection
    • Findings reported to manufacturer.
    • Re-inspection and assessment of the required actions
    • Recommendations and opinions as deemed necessary.
    • Ensure that corrective actions against all non-conformances are taken to the satisfaction of the client.
  • Review all reported concessions from the manufacturer and recommend any follow-up and close-out actions, subject to any confidentiality requirement from the client.
  • DAH will also perform the paint inspection. If this is to take place at a third-party location, we must obtain prior approval from the client. We ask that all reasonable expenses, in relation to the inspection, are also covered by the client.
  • DAH will provide the client with weekly reports as requested.
